random fact of the day: you should not rely on the "extra calcium" in the special tropicana orange juice because the calcium in the OJ is in its solid form (not soluble form), so it takes a lot longer for the body to absorb it. The best thing to do would probably be drinking tap water, which has calcium in its soluble form.... but then again, that doesn't mean that all tap water is good for you... just food for thought, care of Geo 2
