mmm.... the first rehersal of my last high school regions chorus was today. good times =) I got to see to of my roomies from all-state (Nor and Em!), some great BA peoples, cool choir people that i've meet over the years, plus a special someone =) And the two girls I sat next to today were the sweetest. I don't know how much i like the music this year though... Witness and the Hogan piece are really good... and of course Beethoven's Choral Fantasy is awsome, i don't think we'll be able to pull it off though. There is also no variation in the music, for example, there are no "fun" pieces like Chindia and Cindy. The conductor is... ehhh.... not bad, but could be more into it. The woman we had for sectionals was the cutest though... classic soprano =) I can't wait till wednesday...
